On the morning of March 26, 2022, the People's Committee of District 3 held a ceremony to launch the Olympic Running Day for the health of the entire population in 2022, on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the traditional day of Vietnam's physical training and sports industry, the 76th anniversary of Uncle Ho's call to all people to exercise and improve health (March 27, 1946-March 27, 2022).

After the launching ceremony, nearly 1,500 union members, employees, people and district armed forces participated in running along the route from Ho Xuan Huong Club through the following routes: Ho Xuan Huong - Cach Mang Thang Eight - Dien Bien Phu - Ba Huyen Thanh Quan with a route of 1.5 Km. Olympic Running Day for the People's Health is held annually, at the end of March with the purpose of calling on people to exercise and improve their health.
