The solution to the conundrum

Sky Bridges are an impressive design for Sky Oasis Residences. Still, it is also a critical point that makes architects have to calculate the connection of the bridges with the two towers. The friction pendulum system has a mechanism of canceling vibrations by friction, converting kinetic energy into potential energy during the sliding of the friction pendulum on the curved surface of the basin.

Friction pendulum systems are ordered directly from Mageba (Switzerland), with optimal quality parameters proven through 23 mega projects worldwide.

Meeting the progress requirement, Hoa Binh applied Top-down construction technology, simultaneously building the body of the tower and constructing the underground part. With typical floors, aluminum formwork and gang form sliding cover system have shown the highest construction quality efficiency and rapid progress. Each floor is constructed within 4-5 days (including concreting time).
