Celesta Rise project is the first cooperative project between and Phu Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company. Previously, in 2014 Hoa Binh had the opportunity to cooperate with Keppel Land Vietnam in the Saigon Centre phase 2 project. This was a project with 6 basements and was the first high-rise building in Vietnam at that time to meet the requirements of construction technical safety for Keppel Land Vietnam to operate the commercial areas of Saigon Centre while the reinforced concrete structure above was still under construction.

Celesta Rise is the 5th project that Keppel Land trusts to cooperate with after the projects of Saigon Center phase 2, Estella Heights, Riviera Point and Empire City.
