Reshaping tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến Game: Competition in tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến Construction Industry and tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến Role of FDI Policy
news
Vietnam’s construction industry stands at a critical juncture as domestic firms face fierce competition from foreign contractors amid a robust influx of foreign direct investment (FDI). To elevate tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến nation’s global standing, Vietnamese construction companies must receive stronger encouragement and support.
With impressive economic growth and an increasingly vital role in regional supply chains, Vietnam is hailed as Asia’s “new tiger.” This dynamic growth creates immense opportunities across various sectors. However, in tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến construction industry, a cornerstone of infrastructure development, domestic firms are grappling with intense competition from foreign contractors, particularly as FDI pours in. As tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến backbone of tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến industry, Vietnamese construction companies need robust support to partner with tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến government in enhancing Vietnam’s international stature.

Competing with Foreign Contractors Amid tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến FDI Wave
According to Mordor Intelligence, Vietnam’s construction market was valued at USD 57.5 billion in 2020 and is projected to reach USD 94.9 billion by 2026, with an impressive annual growth rate of 8.7% from 2021 to 2026. However, a concerning reality is that much of tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến value generated from this boom is being captured by foreign contractors.
Industry giants such as South Korea’s GS E&C, Japan’s Kajima and Obayashi, China’s China State Construction Engineering Corporation, and Coteccons, now controlled by Kazakhstan’s Kusto fund, dominate significant market shares in major projects like industrial parks, factories, and critical infrastructure, accounting for up to 57% of large-scale project contracts.
Meanwhile, Vietnamese contractors such as Hòa Bình Construction Group, Trường Sơn Construction Corporation, Construction Corporation No. 1 (CC1), Thăng Long Corporation, Đèo Cả Group, Cienco, and Vinaconex, despite possessing near-international-standard capabilities and proven track records in key projects, are increasingly sidelined from large-scale ventures.
A more alarming trend is that many FDI investors, benefiting from Vietnam’s tax incentives, land allocations, and streamlined administrative procedures, often appoint contractors and suppliers from their home countries. For instance, South Korean investors frequently award projects to GS E&C, while Japanese investors favor Kajima or Obayashi. This raises a fundamental question: Is FDI primarily creating jobs and economic benefits for Vietnamese workers, or is it mainly benefiting foreign construction firms, manufacturers, and suppliers?
Consequently, tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến value chain of these projects, from equipment and labor to materials and profits, is often “externalized.” Worse still, some FDI enterprises employ transfer pricing strategies to optimize profits and repatriate earnings to their home countries, reducing Vietnam’s economic gains. Meanwhile, Vietnamese firms are relegated to subcontractor roles or excluded entirely from pre-qualification rounds.
Three primary reasons explain tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến disadvantage faced by domestic contractors:
- Capital Constraints: Most Vietnamese firms lack tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến financial resources to compete with foreign contractors backed by international financial institutions or their home governments. They do not have access to tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến robust funding that supports their foreign counterparts.
- Lack of Collaboration: Vietnam’s construction industry remains fragmented, with domestic firms operating independently and failing to form strong consortia or alliances capable of handling large-scale projects. This creates a competitive disadvantage against foreign rivals with integrated ecosystems.
- Insufficient Policy Incentives: Domestic firms face challenges in accessing capital, land, and technology compared to foreign competitors benefiting from FDI policies. Incentives and mechanisms to prioritize Vietnamese contractors in FDI projects remain weak, with no binding requirements for localization or preferential bidding processes.
Changing tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến Rules to Boost Domestic Strength
To realize tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến objectives of tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến Politburo’s Resolution 66-NQ/TW and Resolution 68-NQ/TW on private sector development, tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến government must implement specific policies to prioritize Vietnamese construction firms. These measures aim not only to protect domestic interests but also to foster a fair competitive environment, promote technology transfer, and enhance tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến industry’s overall capabilities.
First, FDI projects should be classified by investment scale, with mandatory requirements for tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến involvement of Vietnamese contractors. Based on tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến Investment Law 2020 and tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến Construction Law 2014 (amended 2020), tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến government could issue a decree specifying participation ratios. For projects under VND 1,000 billion, at least 70% of tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến contract value should be awarded to Vietnamese contractors or joint ventures with majority Vietnamese capital. For projects between VND 1,000 billion and VND 5,000 billion, at least 50% of tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến contract value should go to Vietnamese contractors, prioritizing those recognized as National Brands. For projects exceeding VND 5,000 billion, international bidding may be allowed, but joint ventures must include at least one Vietnamese contractor with a minimum 30% contract value share.
Additionally, priority should be given to restricted or designated bidding for Vietnamese contractors in key infrastructure projects. For national priority projects such as tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến North-South high-speed railway (estimated at USD 67.34 billion), tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến Cái Mép-Thị Vải port expansion, renewable energy plants, metro systems in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, or social housing projects funded by FDI or ODA, tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến government should adopt restricted bidding or designate 100% Vietnamese-owned National Brand companies.
Financial support and technology transfer are also essential. Vietnamese construction firms need enhanced access to preferential credit and should be positioned as general contractors with tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến authority to hire foreign experts and acquire technology to build capacity, rather than remaining dependent on foreign contractors.
Finally, a shift from pre-inspection to post-inspection mechanisms is crucial. By reducing administrative barriers and encouraging domestic contractors to participate in FDI projects, tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến government can ensure transparency while maintaining flexibility, in line with Resolution 68-NQ/TW.
In tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến early stages of integration, when Vietnam lacked resources and experience, accepting certain “disadvantages” to attract FDI was necessary. However, with tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến construction industry’s technical expertise and workforce now approaching international standards, it is time to change tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến “rules of tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến game” to secure long-term benefits for Vietnamese businesses and workers.
tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến construction industry does not merely build structures; it lays tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến foundation for industrial, service, and social development. If Vietnam continues to cede its “home turf” to foreign contractors, it risks losing tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến opportunity to build national brands in this strategic sector. Supporting Vietnamese construction firms not only aligns with tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến strategic goal of elevating Vietnam’s global position but also advances infrastructure and social housing development.
tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá trực tuyến time has come for a smarter, more proactive FDI policy, one that not only attracts capital but also transforms it into knowledge, jobs, and domestic capacity. With equitable opportunities and appropriate policy support, Vietnamese contractors can compete globally and contribute to affirming Vietnam’s status as a self-reliant, innovative nation, a true “new tiger” of Asia.
