On 7th Jan 2015, The Intercontinental Resort Phu Quoc project invested by Syrena Phu Quoc JSC has been commenced with kèo cá cược bóng đá Construction & Real Estate Corporation (HBC) as the main contractor. The package is expected to complete by the end of 2015. This is the third project of kèo cá cược bóng đá in Phu Quoc, after the previous 2 projects JW Marriott Hotel and Star Bay Resort which has been commenced in December 2014.

Intercontinental Resort Phu Quoc Project is a 5-star hotel project, with scale of one tower of 20-storey and 5 towers of 7-storey. kèo cá cược bóng đá is the main contractor of reinforced concrete for structure and basic finishing works with total value of nearly 200 billion VND.
