On the 17th of June, 2014, the honoring ceremony of "50 most effective enterprises in Vietnam” prize was taken place in Ho Chi Minh City. The prize is endorsed by in 2014 by the Investment Information Journal in cooperation with Thien Viet Finance Co., Ltd. app cá cược bóng đá Construction and Real Estate Corporation (HBC) is ranked 30th on the list. This is the 3rd consecutive year that HBC honored the title.

Reportedly, the selection is based on in-depth investigation and evaluation with three criteria: market capital from VND 500 billion, annual revenues in three consecutive years from 2011 to 2013 from VND 200 billion and after-tax profits reached at least VND 20 billion.

Over the three-time existence of the awards, there are 23 enterprises that received the honor for three consecutive times, 16 new companies that appeared for the first time on the top 50. Also, it is reported that foreign shareholders have their capital in all the enterprises listed on the winning list.
