On May 7^th 2011, 2011 Hoa Binh Infrastructure Investment and Construction JSC Annual Shareholders’ Meeting successfully took place.

Previously, Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corporation has signed an agreement to transfer 3,886,000 ordinary shares of Hoa Binh Infrastructure Investment & Construction JSC (xem tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá) for Long Hau Corporation and is investing in Hoa Binh Industrial Park. Total value of the agreement is approximately VND 47 billion.

Hoa Binh Industrial Park is located between two main transportation axes, National Highway 1A and Trung Luong freeway, 25km south-west of Nguyen Van Linh Avenue, District 7, HCMC. Its land area is 125.14ha, of which 117.67ha are zoned for industrial park and 7.47ha are zoned for resettlement.

Presently, all compensation payments have been completed and the project is preparing infrastructure work to hand over resettlement area. The meeting agreed upon development strategies for 2010-2015, developing Hoa Binh Industrial Park with Net Revenue after 5 years reaching VND 1,239 billionand 2011 Revenue reaching VND 59 billion, Net Profit after 5 years will be VND 290 billion, 2011 Net Profit expected at 12 VND billion.

Plan to increase chartered capital from VND 114 billion to VND 150 billion in 2011, change of xem tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá CEO and Legal Representative in the year were also accepted, with Mr. Le Cong Hiep being new CEO and Legal Representative of xem tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá.
