Real estate projects restructuring and concentration on core business activities in accordance with market situation have been strictly applied by Board of Directors and Board of Executive Management since economic crisis in 2008. These utmost efforts brought positive results to HBC in 2009 and 2010 and clearly reflected in 2010 business results with an audited net profit of VND 139.76 billion, tripling that of 2009 and surpassing approximately 47% of 2010 planned target.

Although the project has been returned, HBC continues to invest in An Hai Bridge according to BOT and takes a discount of land hiring fee for Rung Duong Thanh Lau Tourist Area with an area of 100ha, located in An Hai commune, Tuy An District.
