On the occasion of Disabled Persons Protection Day (18^th April) and Action for Children month (15^thMay – 15^th June 2011), Social Labor Newspaper, Journal of Family & Children, Capital Communications Corporation, Hanoi Radio – Television and Hanoi City Red Cross organized the 3^rd “Sympathetic hearts” charity program on 18^th April 2011 at Hanoi Theatre.

The program aims to raise fund to build houses of compassion, give saving books, wheelchairs to children suffering congenital heart disease, orphans, dioxin victims and disabled.
