The selection is based on the following criteria: Enterprise is listed in the VNR500 Ranking - TOP500 Vietnam's largest enterprises in terms of revenue, having good capital-usage efficiency, stable profit growth potential, and social and community responsibilities.

The award is a labor process that brings economic efficiency and transparency in strategic information disclosure and a sustainable development roadmap to ensure social responsibility.
