At the ceremony, there was the participation of Mr. Nguyen Thien Nhan- Politburo member cum Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee; Mr. Tran Tuan Anh-Minister of Vietnam Industry and Trade; Mr. Peter Altmaier-Federal Minister of Economy and Energy, the Consular Representative in Ho Chi Minh City; Representatives of German companies and enterprises which are investing and working in Vietnam. At the ceremony, Mr. Peter Altmaier-Federal Minister of Economy and Energy appreciated the efforts of the project participants that made a quality project. Reportedly, among 28 units participating in the project, there are 3 Vietnamese units including: tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá, Duc Phuong and REE.

German House project was commenced by the general contractor tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá in April 2015. German house has a scale of 25 floors with total floor area of 40,000 m2, symbolically designed and built with the architectural style, energy-saving, and friendly with the environment. This is the first high-class office building winning many awards for creativity and energy saving. German house is not only the headquarters of the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany, but also the working place of the enterprises from Germany, European region, and the socio-economic centers of Germany in Vietnam.
