In the evening on 16/05/2019, at Hoa Binh Theater, tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá successfully organized "The Memorial Night of the 100th anniversary of the birth of The Teacher - The Honorary President Le Mong Dao (05/05/1919 – 05/05/2019).

At his 100th Birthday Anniversary, Le Mong Dao Education Fund was also honored to receive the certificate of merit awarded by HCMC People's Committee for remarkable achievements throughout the journey of 11 years "Accompanying the wings of dreams". Besides, at this event, Le Mong Dao Education Fund awarded 100 scholarships directly to the children of Hoa Binh’s up's employees who have outstanding academic achievements in the school year 2018 - 2019. The Teacher - The Honorary President Le Mong Dao (Dharma name: Tam Hung) was born in Phu Xuan village, Thua Thien Hue province, in a family of 7 children. He graduated and was a French teacher. He was the only layman elected to be Principal of Bo De Private High School in Hue (from 1952 to 1967), now is Thong Nhat Secondary School.

In 1942, he married Mrs. Tran Thi Tuyet. They born 13 children, but still had 11 children. In 1967, he left Hue to take his family to Saigon. They did many jobs like selling medicines, opening schools, teaching, making cake and jam, producing Tet gift boxes to pay for their children’s studying. Although his family’s finance is not really good, but they often help the poor people, take care of their children to study to become successful people in the society. In 1987, he and his son - Le Viet Hai established Hoa Binh Construction Office (precursor of tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá today).

In 2008, implementing the wish of Mr. Le Mong Dao (he passed away at the age of 87 in 2006), the family and Hoa Binh established Le Mong Dao Education Fund. After over 10 years of operation, Le Mong Dao Education Fund has directly rewarded thousands of scholarships "Accompanying Wings of Dreams” to thousands of poor students in 33 provinces in the country. In the past three years (from 2016 to 2018), the Fund rewarded 2,861 scholarships with total value of VND 7.17 billion to the studious students.
