S1 Tower is the second tower in the complex 3-tower block, which was topped out. S1 Tower includes 3 basements, 40 floors of the package " the body structure construction of S1, S2, S3". The project is expected to be handed over to the investor at the middle of September 2019.

Before that, on December 22^nd, S3 Tower of Sunshine City topped out earlier 12 days compared to the schedule after 6 months of construction. S3 Tower includes 3 basements and 40 floors. At the topping-out ceremony, the investor awarded a certificate of merit to the project's Steering Committee and Safety Committee for their outstanding achievements in the construction process.
