E-Learning is a training program, online learning application of multi-function communication technology (multimedia) with a variety of contents with professional knowledge and soft skills every time and anywhere, which is suitable with operating conditions across more than 40 provinces and cities in over the country and in other countries in Hoa Binh’s future.

Successful implementation of the E-Learning Program is to directly contribute to meet the quality demand of human resources in order to successfully implement the Strategy of "Multiplication and Internationalization" (DPI - Double Profit Internationalization), practically completing the general strategy for the period 2015-2024 "International standard - Brand positioning" of tỷ lệ cá cược bóng đá, directly contributing to the success of the strategy of exporting Vietnamese sconstruction services to the world.
