Hoa Binh is currently handing over the operation building of PIT Building Center to Vietnam Grand Prix to launch Formula 1 race track.

From April 3rd to April 5^th 2020, (F1) will take place for the first time in Hanoi, Vietnam. The operation building of PIT Building Center is one of the important items developed to serve this Formula 1 race track.

The investor trusted to assign Hoa Binh to be the main contractor to construct the operation building of PIT Building Center. The building has a scale of over 270m with 4 floors. It is considered as one of the most important items of the project, which is the heart of the racing track, where the FIA ​​International Automobile Federation Headquarters is located the race control center, is the gather place of the racing teams and the logistics for the F1 race track.

In order to complete this project within 8 months with strict requirements on safety and quality of a national key project with foreign elements, has mobilized all resources, overcome the difficult terrain to excellently complete the operation building of PIT Building Center. Australian President Scott Morrison has visited the construction site of this project, and shared that "I believe that the F1 race track in Vietnam will become a milestone in the process of rapid economic development of Vietnam".
