At the transition ceremony, Mr. Le Viet Hai had some heartful messages to the new heir.

1. Corporate culture is a valuable treasure from the founders that transfer to the new leading generation. This treasure needs to be preserved and continue its’ tradition from one generation to another generation.

4. Treasure the connection between husband and wife, sharing, loving, caring, taking care of the wife and together fortify your position, balance family life and work life.

5. Catching the opportunities to help Hoa Binh as well as Vietnamese construction industry to contribute to the development and changing the status from a third world country to the first world country in exporting construction service into the foreign land. Better now than never, prep up and head to the sea.

6. Patriotism, loving your country men, proud of your country as well as loving Hoa Binh. We will do everything we can to contribute. And surely, we will rise from all of the challenges that keep us down and conquer the new peak, making impacts.
