Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower is an office, hotel and apartment complex project with a total investment of USD 1.05 billion. Hoa Binh cooperated with Korean partner Seo Yong to construct the entire structure of the 70-storey block. In order to prepare for constructing this project, 18 engineers from Hoa Binh were assigned to participate into the training course held in Korea.
This project successfully confirmed Hoa Binh’s great improvement and success, not only in terms of the largest scale and the highest building in Vietnam (ranked 17th in the world), but also the application of a series of advanced techniques, the fastest construction time, and the highest labor productivity. Besides this, it was very impressive as this was the first time that Hoa Binh successfully implemented the 24/7 continuous construction at a speed of 5 days/floor for a typical floor area of ​​4,500 m2.
