GEMS is Hoa Binh’s first project in Myanmar, and also the first project in which a Vietnamese contractor has provided construction management services in this market. GEMS is currently one of the two tallest buildings in Yangon, Myanmar.

In this project, Hoa Binh was successful in increasing the productivity and efficiency of local subcontractors, shortening the concrete pouring time from 19 days/floor to 6 days/floor on the area of 2,000 m2.
