(03/June/2013) The cooperation agreement signing ceremony between Hoa Binh and CDSG was held in Yangon (Myanmar) in the presence of Mr. Tran Phuoc Anh, commercial representative of Vietnam embassy in Myanmar.

Hoa Binh will be accordingly in charge of project management of GEMS Apartment – Commercial – Hotel Complex in Myanmar. The first phase, Hoa Binh will manage block 1, 2 and 3 of 21 -storey Ruby Apartment with total construction area of more than 80,000 m2. This project time is expected to be completed within 22 months, and will be started from July 2013.

This is the second project of Hoa Binh in foreign country after Le Yuan project in Malaysia. This cooperation has marked Hoa Binh’s expansion in international market as proposed by the BOD and BOM.
